A. On May 15, 2009, the FMFC board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend, to be paid June 30, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business June 15, 2009. Any determination to pay dividends to our shareholders in the future will be at the discretion of our board of directors and will depend upon our results of operations, financial condition and other factors deemed relevant by our board of directors.
